辐射环是一种多极一体的磁环,可实现多极直充,多极斜充,内外单极的充磁方式。其表磁波形呈正弦波或梯形波分布。辐射环主要用于电机的感应磁钢。因其特性可以提高了电机的性能与效率,是未来电机磁钢的发展趋势。

1, Grades: N 35-38UH性能N 35-38UH
2, Dimensions尺寸: Outer diameter from OD13mm to OD70mm外径从OD13mm到OD70mm;
Inner ring diameter is from ID9mm to ID60mm; 内径从ID9到ID60mm
Ring Wall thickness around 2-10mm; 壁厚大约2~10mm
Ring height normally limited 7-10 times of the wall thickness, within 30mm will be better; 环高大约是壁厚的7~10倍,30mm最好
3, Poles: Normally from 1~40 poles. actually there is no limitation. 充磁分直充磁和斜充磁两种;充磁一般1-40级,单级充磁,和多级充磁;
4,Tolerance: With coating, +/-0.05mm for OD and ID; Ring height tolerance: +/-0.1mm.公差带镀层,从外径到内经是+/-0.05mm,环高度公差:+/-0.1mm
